Midas PoR — Push Ops Claim

Compose an ops claim, upload to IPFS via Pinata, then push addClaim on the SAVE registry.

navReportedByOps (NET, used in ratio). Currency = the oracle's currency: USD for USD tokens, BTC for mHyperBTC, EUR for mGLOeuro. 2 decimals. navReportedByOpsGross (GROSS, displayed on site). Same currency as the oracle (USD / BTC / EUR). NEW

Non-USD tokens (mHyperBTC/BTC, mGLOeuro/EUR): enter the NAV in the oracle's NATIVE currency (BTC, EUR). The workflow multiplies it by the on-chain BTC/USD (or EUR/USD) feed to get USD. Entering a USD value here over-scales the reserve and the attestation is rejected by the post-flight sanity guard (ratio above 1.30). Gross = off-chain fund NAV (fund admin) + on-chain TVL Midas holds (USDC, AAVE, redemption vault cash). No pending subtraction.
